Looking for a Home

Hi, my name is Lady Madonna or Donna for short and I am a tuxedo cat—black and white.  I got my name because a few months ago, the Crazy Cat Ladies (CCLs) found me wandering around, hugely pregnant, in the parking lot of a local military base. My former owner dumped me there, probably because he/she didn’t want to deal with my pregnancy. Luckily for me, the CCLs took me in and vowed to find a home for me. I was really too young to have kittens, and I required a middle-of-the-night C-section at the Emergency Animal Hospital.  Then I was spayed by my rescuer's regular veterinarian later the same day!  In spite of my trauma I gladly accepted all three of my kittens and fed and nurtured them for ten weeks.

My babies have all found wonderful homes and my rescuer took me into her heart.  I joined her and her four other rescued kitties in her house.  I am still very small and there is a problem with two "old Mom cats" here at my house.  I am being bullied by these two girl cats who must be jealous of how adorable and "kittenish" I am!  After going through so much and being a great Mom, I would love to find a nice, quiet home of my own. I am a healthy (FIV, FELV negative), petite and sweet cat who would make a nice companion. I use the litter box like a champ and my shots are updated.  Won’t you be part of my happy ending?  If you bring me into your home and then change your mind for any reason (being hospitalized or developing allergies, etc.) you can call my former home and my "cat lady" will take me back.  I will come with my favorite bed—a cloth cube—and toys, supplies, and veterinarian records to get me started.  Please consider me as a nice little companion.

Moonshine is a 2-3 year old neutered male. He has a huge personality, very sweet, and very ENERGETIC. He is feline leukemia and feline AIDS negative. He does have cyclic soft stools with blood. We are currently controlling this with a probiotic daily. Despite an outbreak he never goes outside his box. We have tried different diets, done full bloodwork, checked numerous stool samples, and give mutiple dewormers.
He needs a place with other energetic cats to play with or a home by himself and someone willing to accept his special circumstances.
If you know someone or think you might be this person please give us a call.
